Manage your team

Go to Team to see all members of your store.

Roles

There are four built-in roles:

• Owner — full access. Can transfer ownership, manage roles, and customize permissions.
• Administrator — full access except ownership transfer and role management.
• Staff — day-to-day operations: products, orders, customers. No access to settings or billing.
• Read-only — can view everything but change nothing.

Invite a member

1. Click Invite.
2. Enter their email and select a role.
3. They receive an invitation email with a link to create their account.

Pending invitations

Shown below the active members list. You can resend or cancel pending invitations.

Change roles

Only the owner can change team member roles or remove members.

Custom permissions

The owner can customize what each role can access via the permission editor on the team page.

Tip: Each team member has their own login. Never share login credentials.
