Is there a lock-in period?

Not at all. We believe in earning your partnership every month. You can close your store at any time, with no lock-in periods or hidden cancellation fees. Paid Add-ons have a short notice period that is shown in the admin panel before you confirm the cancellation.

How is the fee calculated?

The fee is based on your net sales (gross sales minus VAT and shipping). Our pricing is progressive—as your sales grow, the percentage rate on the exceeding amount decreases.

When will I be invoiced?

Invoices are generated automatically on the 1st of each month, covering the previous month's sales. Standard payment terms are 6 days.

Are there any costs if I don't make a sale?

No. Our platform has no fixed base fee—if you don't sell anything, you don't pay anything. Please note that certain optional add-ons may carry a monthly cost if activated.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, two custom domains are included. Simply register your domain and point it to our platform—we'll handle the rest, including SSL certification. If you need additional domains, they are available as add-ons.
