Setting up payment methods

Activate payment methods

Payment providers are installed as addons. Without at least one active provider, customers can't place orders.

Step 1 — Install a provider

Go to Addons and find the payment provider you want. Click Install.

Step 2 — Enter your credentials

Open the provider's settings page and enter the API credentials from the provider's own dashboard.

Available providers

• Svea Checkout — Swedish checkout with Swish, card, invoice, and installments. Popular for Swedish stores.
• Nets Easy — Nordic checkout solution with card, Swish, Vipps, and MobilePay.
• Stripe — International card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• PayPal — PayPal balance and card payments.
• Adyen — Enterprise payment platform with 250+ methods.
• Swish — Standalone Swedish mobile payments.

Step 3 — Test mode

Most providers support a test mode. Enable it to run test transactions before going live.

Step 4 — Enable at checkout

Go to Settings → Payment tab. You'll see your installed providers with enable/disable toggles. For each method you can configure: minimum/maximum order amount, country restrictions, allowed currencies, display name, and sort order.

Tip: You need at least one active payment method before customers can place orders.
