Your product catalog
Navigate to Catalog → Products to see all your products.
Product statuses
- Draft — not visible to customers. Use this while you're still working on the product.
- Published — visible in your store and available for purchase.
- Archived — hidden from customers but preserved for your records.
Filtering and sorting
Use column filters to find products by name, status, category, or stock level. Click any column header to sort by that column.
Bulk actions
Select multiple products with the checkboxes, then use the bulk action menu to change status, assign a category, or delete the selected products.
Organization tools
Keep your catalog tidy with these tools under Catalog:
- Categories — group products into browsable categories with optional hierarchy.
- Tags — add searchable tags for internal organization.
- Manufacturers — assign a manufacturer or brand to each product.
- Suppliers — track product sources and suppliers.
